Connecting People to Support
Park Center empowers people experiencing mental illness and homelessness to live and thrive in their community. Their website plays a critical role in connecting individuals and families to vital services.
We designed a warm, welcoming site that clearly communicates Park Center’s full range of programs and makes it easy for providers to refer clients. The new design also equips the Park Center team with flexible tools to update content, share success stories, promote events, and engage donors and partners, all while reflecting the organization’s compassionate, people-centered mission.
A Trusted Nashville Institution
Park Center has been a vital part of the Nashville community for decades, but many of their stakeholders didn’t fully understand the breadth of their work. One goal of the project was to build awareness of their programs while maintaining the trust and familiarity of a longstanding local institution.
Designed for Everyone
Park Center’s audience is broad, ranging from service recipients and families to healthcare providers, volunteers, and donors. It was critical that the site be accessible to all users, regardless of ability, device, or internet access level. We used a mobile-first approach and designed to meet WCAG AA accessibility standards, creating an intuitive experience for every visitor.
Inviting Support
Park Center’s new website offers clear and compelling pathways to get involved. We featured multiple ways to engage, from volunteering and attending events to contributing through monetary or in-kind donations. Calls to action throughout the site make it easy for supporters to take the next step.
