First things first. We meet with your website stakeholders to get a thorough understanding of your mission, vision, values, and brand persona, as well as your organizational, marketing and website project goals.
Target Audience & User Journeys
Identify your target audiences and what makes them tick, so we know how to find them (and how to talk to them when we do). Pinpoint the questions users will be asking, the key messages we want to communicate, and the primary call to action for each audience.
Analytics Review
If you have an existing website, we can review key metrics, like top content, device usage, engagement rates, and more to uncover evidence-based insight to drive the structure of your new site.
Site Map, Information Architecture & Navigation UX
We develop an intuitive site map that serves all of your audiences, guiding each type of user to the content they need. We employ familiar and intuitive user experience (UX) patterns for navigation and wayfinding throughout the site. A wireframe of your site’s navigation system helps everyone visualize how it will all come together.

Before your LaunchPlan, we can provide a ballpark pricing estimate based on the general scope of the site so you can make sure it would be within your budget. As part of the LaunchPlan, we provide a detailed scope of work with a final quote and pricing breakdown. We can adjust and prioritize features as need based on your budget.
